Edmund Lara is a licensed Nevada real estate professional affiliated with The Agency Las Vegas [NV License #: S.0202435]. The Site provides real estate information, property search tools, home valuation tools, market updates, and a way to contact us. Using the Site does not create a real estate agency, brokerage, or client relationship. A representation relationship is created only by a separate written agreement signed by you and the appropriate broker.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
