Lake Las Vegas at dusk

Lake Las Vegas

A private lake in the desert, and a village around it.

Lake Las Vegas is the valley's improbable waterfront: a 320-acre man-made lake, the largest in Nevada, ringed by a Mediterranean-style village, two resorts, golf, and guard-gated luxury enclaves in the hills above Henderson.

MonteLago Village carries the restaurants, shops, and events along the water, while Reflection Bay, a Jack Nicklaus design, and SouthShore anchor the golf. The north shore is in an active new-construction cycle right now, with multiple builders releasing lakeside and hillside product.

The trade is distance, and residents treat it as the point: the Strip runs about thirty-five minutes from here, in exchange for a private world that doesn't feel like it belongs to the same city.

You'd choose Lake Las Vegas for full-time resort living: water, golf, gates, and a village square, and you don't mind trading Strip proximity for it.

Before you visit a model

Talk to me before you walk into a model home. Not after.

Every builder has a rep in the model home. That rep is good at their job, and their job is the builder’s number, not yours. The day you sign the guest card, most builders treat you as their customer, and your room to bring in your own agent gets thinner.

So here is the rule that saves my clients the most money: text me the area or the community you want to see before you go. Not an address, just where you are headed. I will tell you what that builder is doing right now, what is negotiable this month, and what to never sign on a first visit. It costs you nothing and it keeps me on your side of the table.

The north shore has several builders active right now, and lakeside and hillside lots price very differently. Text me before you tour and I'll tell you what's actually available this month.
