The park is the area's standout asset: 2,900 acres of trails and ponds at the valley's east end, minutes from any street in the neighborhood. Housing is a mix of established 1970s through 1990s tracts and newer infill, and Henderson's Water Street district sits just a few minutes south.
It trades flash for location: a modest, established neighborhood that still puts you fifteen minutes from Henderson, the airport, and the Strip, at a price point most of the valley left behind years ago.
