West Henderson is where the master-plan formula got perfected: Green Valley and Green Valley Ranch set the template in the eighties and nineties, Anthem, Seven Hills, and MacDonald Highlands climbed the foothills after them, and Inspirada is still adding new streets on the southern rim. It's Nevada's second-largest city's polished half, with the city's own police, fire, and parks behind it.
