Paradise · The Strip

High-rise living at the center of it all.

Paradise is the township that actually contains the Strip, Harry Reid International, and UNLV, the unincorporated center of the valley that most visitors assume is Las Vegas proper. For buyers it means high-rise condo living with the skyline as a backyard: Turnberry Place, Panorama Towers, and the MGM Signature and Waldorf Astoria residences, all walkable to world-class dining and shows.

Off the resort corridor, older single-story neighborhoods near UNLV and the airport hold some of the most central houses in the city. The commute math is unbeatable if the resort corridor, the airport, or UNLV is where you work.

It's a different kind of ownership than anywhere else in the valley: a doorman and a pool deck instead of a yard, a lock-and-leave second home instead of a full-time headquarters. Investors watch it for the same reason, UNLV and airport-adjacent rentals rarely sit empty long.

Leaving West Hollywood?

WeHo's dense, walkable, entertainment-adjacent condo life, with the Strip instead of Sunset, and no state income tax.
