East Henderson & Cadence
The original Henderson: Water Street's main-street bones, with Cadence building next door.
East Henderson is where the city actually began: the Townsite streets laid out in the 1940s alongside the Basic Magnesium plant, with Water Street as their main street. That main street today holds working breweries, a full event calendar, and the city's civic core.
Right next door, Cadence is one of the valley's fastest-building master plans: a 2,200-acre grid of new streets with a central park, its own retail, and Henderson Hospital's campus at the entrance. The pairing is the story here, homes from the 1950s and homes from this year, four minutes apart.
The geography does quiet work too. The River Mountains Loop Trail runs the eastern edge, Lake Mead's marinas are twenty minutes out the Lake Mead Parkway, and the Clark County Museum keeps thirty acres of relocated historic Las Vegas buildings on Boulder Highway. Entry pricing runs well under the west side's, whether the address is a Townsite original or a brand-new Cadence street.
